Speaker Definition
Loudspeaker, commonly known as a loudspeaker, is an electroacoustic transducer that can convert electrical signals into sound signals and radiate them into the air.
Features of car speakers
1. Temperature: Large temperature difference, resistant to temperature aging
2. Humidity: moisture-proof (sound basin)
3. Dust: dustproof (dust cover)
4. Vibration: Designed firmly
5. Noise: Noise reducing materials
6. Impedance: Low impedance
Speaker working principle:
When the coil in the speaker is energized, it will generate a magnetic field. Under the interaction with the magnetic field of the magnet, the coil will vibrate and produce sound. Simply put, it refers to the force acting on an energized conductor in a magnetic field.
Classification of speakers
(1) By replay frequency:
① Full frequency speaker: 20Hz-22kHz
② High pitched speaker: 5-22kHz
③ Mid range speaker: 80Hz-5kHz
④ Low frequency speaker: 16Hz-200Hz
(2) Press diaphragm opening:
① Cone shaped speaker;
② Ball top speaker;
③ Horn type speaker;
④ Belt type speaker.

(3) According to diaphragm size:
Common dimensions of tweeter units (usually referring to the diameter of the voice coil): 25mm (1in), 35mm (1.38), etc; The unit dimensions of mid to low frequency speakers (usually referring to the installation diameter) include 80mm3in, 100mm4in, 130mm5in, 165mm6.5in, etc; The size of the subwoofer unit (generally, the size of the subwoofer refers to the installation diameter) is 200mm8in, 250mm10in, and 300mm12in.
(4) By performance:
Unit speaker, set speaker, coaxial speaker, subwoofer.

Unit Speaker: The unit of a speaker
A set of speakers consists of tweeters, mid-range speakers, frequency dividers, etc. Commonly used are two and three dividers, which have the advantage of facilitating the positioning of the sound field.
A coaxial speaker is a device that places a high and medium pitched speaker on a coaxial or chassis. Easy to install and consistent sound source.
Bass speakers are usually installed in specially made bass boxes with a diameter of 200mm or more. Greatly improving the listening experience inside the vehicle, especially during high-speed driving, the bass will be greatly attenuated, and it is necessary to add a bass system.
Main performance indicators of speakers
1. Rated power and maximum power;
2. Frequency response;
3. Distortion;
4. Rated impedance;
5. Sensitivity;
