We believe that human rights should be safeguarded, sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries should be respected, peaceful development should be pursued together, and global security initiatives should be implemented to create a peaceful environment for the realization of human rights. Promote human rights through development, implement the global development initiative, make development more inclusive, inclusive and sustainable, and ensure that people of all countries enjoy human rights fairly through the path of modernization with their own characteristics; We should promote human rights through cooperation, respect each other and treat each other as equals, implement the Global civilization Initiative, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, build consensus through dialogue, and jointly promote the development and progress of human rights civilization.
China is ready to work with the international community to implement the spirit of the Vienna Declaration and Program of Action, promote global human rights governance in a more equitable, just, reasonable and inclusive direction, promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and build a better world.
The High-level Forum on Global Human Rights Governance, co-sponsored by The State Council Information Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the China International Development Cooperation Agency with the theme "Equality, Cooperation and Development: the 30th Anniversary of the adoption of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action and Global human rights Governance", opened in Beijing on Sunday.
