Pa speaker principle:
When the coil in the speaker is energized, the coil will generate a magnetic field. Under the interaction with the magnetic field of the magnet, the coil will vibrate and the vibration will make a sound. Simply speaking, the force of the energized conductor in the magnetic field.
The pa speaker is the most widely used, and it is divided into three types: paper cone, horn and dome.
1. Paper cone speakers Paper cone speakers are also known as moving coil speakers.
The pa speaker consists of three parts: 1 vibration system, including cone paper cone, voice coil and centering piece; 2 magnetic circuit system, including permanent magnet, magnetic plate and field column; 3 auxiliary system, including Basin, terminal block, crimping and dust cover. When the voice coil in the magnetic field passes through the audio current, a magnetic field is generated which changes with the audio current. This magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, causing the voice coil to vibrate along the axial direction due to the simple structure of the speaker and the full bass. The sound quality is soft and the bandwidth is low, but the efficiency is low.
PA speaker advantages
1. Integrated power amplifier provides optimum power for each speaker;
2. It is easy to add/reconfigure the speakers in the system without calculating the load;
3. The onboard DSP of each speaker allows you to adjust the tone of each speaker independently;
4. The onboard preamp mixer allows some speakers to perform multiple roles (main expansion or return) in different settings;
5. Some models of DSP provide delay, auto-tuning and network control functions.
