Who is not suitable for vaccination
1. Patients with fever or acute disease;
2. Patients with uncontrolled severe chronic diseases or acute attack of chronic diseases;
3. Patients with uncontrolled epilepsy and other serious nervous system diseases (such as transverse myelitis, Guillain Barre syndrome, demyelinating diseases, etc.);
4. People with allergic constitution should use it with caution, and those who have had severe allergic reactions (such as acute allergic reaction, angioneurotic edema, dyspnea, etc.) during the previous injection of other vaccines, or who are allergic to this vaccine after the first vaccination, are strictly forbidden to vaccinate this vaccine;
5. Pregnant women should postpone vaccination.
After vaccination, how long does the antibody produce
Single dose vaccine: the protective effect can be obtained after 14 days of vaccination
Double dose vaccine: after the first dose, at least 14 days interval, the second dose, about two weeks later, produce good immune effect.
Notes on Xinguan vaccination
After inoculation:
1. Stay on site for 30 minutes after inoculation;
2. Keep the skin of the inoculated area clean, pay attention to rest, avoid scratching the inoculated area with hands, and avoid water on the injection site on the same day, so as to prevent skin infection;
3. It is suggested to have a light diet, drink more water, do not take strenuous exercise, and do not drink alcohol;
4. In case of suspected adverse reactions, timely medical treatment is needed.
Note:
1) As with any other vaccines, there may be some common general reactions, such as pain, redness and itching at the vaccination site; a few people may have fever, fatigue, nausea, headache, muscle soreness, etc. due to individual differences, they generally do not need to be treated, and most of them can recover by themselves after 2 to 3 days. No serious adverse reactions related to the vaccine have been detected. In case of serious adverse reactions, seek medical advice in time and inform the vaccination medical staff.
2) When the crowd immune barrier has not been established, personal protection should be done after vaccination, including wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilation frequently, keeping social distance, etc.
