What are the three major systems of speakers

What are the three major systems of speakers?

I wonder if you know what parts of the speaker are made up? Here is our professional speaker manufacturer to understand for you: Our most common speaker is an electric cone-shaped paper cone. Electric cone loudspeakers used to be called paper cone loudspeakers. Although the diaphragm is still dominated by paper cones, many high-molecular material diaphragms and metal diaphragms are present together. The title of cone loudspeakers is worthy of the name. NS. The cone speaker is roughly composed of three parts:

1. Magnetic circuit system (magnet, T iron, washer).

2. Vibration system (vibrating plate <paper cone, sound film>, voice coil).

3. Support auxiliary system (centering support piece <bomb wave>, basin frame, cushion edge, terminal board).

A specific introduction to the above three systems:

1. Voice coil: The voice coil is the drive unit of the cone-shaped speaker. It uses a very thin copper wire (copper wire/aluminum wire) to be wound in two layers (four layers) on the bone plus (paper tube/aluminum sheet). /Film, etc.), generally wound with dozens of turns and placed in the magnetic gap formed by the magnetic core column and the magnetic conductive plate. The voice coil and the paper cone are fixed together. When the dynamic and static current signals are passed into the voice coil, the vibration of the voice coil drives the paper cone to vibrate.

2. Paper cone (drum paper): There are many varieties of materials used in the cone diaphragm of the cone cone speaker, and there are generally two types of natural fiber and man-made fiber. Natural fibers are often selected from cotton, wood, wool, spun silk, etc., while man-made fibers are just selected from rayon, nylon, and glass fibers. Because the paper cone is the dynamic and static radiation equipment of the speaker, it determines the sound reproduction function of the speaker to a considerable extent. Therefore, no matter which type of paper cone, it must be light in weight and excellent in rigidity, and it must not be deformed due to changes in ambient temperature and humidity. .

3. Folding ring (edge flange): The folding ring is set up to ensure the paper cone moves along the axis of the speaker and restricts the lateral movement, and at the same time it plays a role in preventing the air flow between the front and the back of the paper cone. In addition to the commonly used paper cone materials, the material of the folding ring also uses plastic, natural rubber, etc., to be bonded to the paper cone through hot pressing.

4. The rigidity or gentleness formed by the overhanging edge and the elastic wave will affect the moving speed of the cone. Regarding the full and gentleness of the horn, the elastic wave supply is about 80%, and the overhanging edge supply is about 20%. There are two functions. Its original job is to keep the voice coil in the center of the pole piece gap.

5. Regarding the vibration mode of the cone edge, the damping effect formed by the overhang is very important. The thickness of the overhang and the choice of material dramatically change the response of the horn, damping the cone distortion and preventing the cone. The ability to reflect the sound waves behind can change the combination of amplitude and phase of the distortion mode, making it an indispensable component of the cone and a thing that can be responsive.

6. Centering support piece (bouncing wave): The centering support piece is used to support the joint part of the voice coil and the paper cone to ensure that it is vertical and does not tilt. There are many concentric rings on the centering support piece, so that the voice coil can move up and down freely in the magnetic gap without lateral movement, so as to ensure that the voice coil does not collide with the magnetic conductive plate. The dust cover on the centering support piece is to prevent external dust from falling into the magnetic gap, preventing the formation of dust and the voice coil from rubbing, and causing abnormal movement of the speaker.

(Centering support piece) The bullet wave has some functions. Its second function is to keep the voice coil centered in the gap. At the same time, it also applied for a way to prevent foreign dust particles from intruding into the gap. The primary restoring force of a single body, but the stiffness of the elastic wave also affects the resonance (FO) of the horn. The resonance of the horn is a function of softness and quality.
