Types of voice coil
Almost all voice coils use copper wire and aluminum wire. As for the electrical conductivity and density of copper wire and aluminum wire, you can see at a glance the following table:
Soft copper wire, density 8.9×10 (kg/m3), conductivity 5.8×10 (v/m)
Aluminum wire, density 2.7×10 (kg/m3), conductivity 3.54×10 (v/m)
It is worth noting that the inner diameter of the paper tube voice coil changes greatly due to the humidity of the weather. When the humidity is high, the inner diameter is large, so when the inner diameter is large, the paper tube can be properly heated and dried before winding; the inner diameter is too small It can be set after sprinkling a little water. The amount of clean water should be small, otherwise the paper tube will soften.
Types of voice coil
PESVW, commonly known as SV, heat-resistant copper wire, the baking temperature of the voice coil is 180～200ºC
CCAW, heat-resistant aluminum wire, the baking temperature of the voice coil is 180ºC
WA, general aluminum wire
WC, general copper wire (use Lock wire), do not need to bake the voice coil, if the bake temperature is less than 100ºC
