The working principle of the dispensing machine
Compressed air is fed into the bottle (syringe), and glue is pressed into the feed tube connected to the piston chamber. When the piston is on the up stroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue. When the piston pushes the glue droplet needle downwards, the glue is pressed out of the needle. The amount of glue droplets is determined by the piston impact distance and can be manually adjusted or controlled in software.

Few products, low efficiency, use manual glue gun. Outdoor work, using a glue gun. Accurate control of the game and the use of machines are required. For automatic dispensing, use machines with automated functions.
