Speaker T iron
T iron, also known as electrical iron, has a pure iron texture. It is an integral part of the sound unit. In the sound unit, the main function of the T iron is to conduct magnetism when it is energized, but there is no remanence. After the speaker is turned off, the magnetic field disappears, and its magnetic field disappears immediately. Therefore, the purity of iron will directly affect the working efficiency of the sound unit and some important parameters of nonlinear distortion. Related to the T-shaped iron is the splint, which together form an integral part of the sound unit. The thickness of the splint directly affects the stroke of the sound unit. For the long-stroke unit, the T-shaped iron and the splint are very thick, and they can basically make the entire stroke of the voice coil complete the movement of cutting the magnetic lines. The smaller the gap between the splint and the T-shaped iron center column, the smaller the power required for voice coil movement and the higher the efficiency of the sound unit.

At present, the well-known speaker is composed of a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system and a support system. Usually, the magnetic circuit part of the loudspeaker is mainly composed of magnets and clamping plates. The magnet usually includes a base and a cylindrical magnetic conductor connected to the base. According to specific uses, magnets are usually divided into T iron and U iron. Among them, U iron usually has a recessed space where magnets can be placed. When in use, the magnet and the voice coil are placed in the recessed space of the U-shaped iron, and then the U-shaped iron is fixed on the basin frame.

Speakers are widely used in electronic products such as audio systems and televisions. With the development of technology, this kind of electronic products gradually tends to be ultra-thin design, which puts forward higher requirements for the thickness of the speaker. Most of the existing speakers suitable for audio systems and TV speakers include T-iron, magnets, washer, voice coil, basin stand, and drum paper. Among them, T iron, magnet and washer constitute a magnetic circuit system, and a magnetic gap is formed between the T iron and the washer, and the voice coil and drum paper constitute a vibration system. The voice coil is arranged in the magnetic gap and the inner drum paper. One end and the outer end are respectively connected to the voice coil and the basin frame. The washer mentioned above is usually a flat washer. In order to ensure low sound distortion, the effective uniform magnetic field in the magnetic gap needs to have a certain width, and the thickness of the gasket, especially the width of its inner end surface, determines the width of the effective uniform magnetic field. The requirements were put forward, resulting in a relatively thick speaker washer.
