Moreover, forging requires large-tonnage equipment, which also brings inconvenience to production and more complicated shapes. For large speaker accessories, the process is difficult to control. Therefore, under the guidance of the lack of accurate and mature production technology, companies are reluctant to produce large speaker accessories. However, when the forging requires high dimensional accuracy or the allowable machining allowance is small, forging the speaker parts using the forging method is an ideal method.


  Forgings of large loudspeaker accessories have a specific shape. The formed flange has a rectangular shape and has a large cross section. The cross-sectional difference between the flange and the adjacent step is large. The forging process is limited by the capacity of the equipment and the type of ingot, which increases the difficulty of production. It is difficult to guarantee the external dimensions and internal quality requirements. If the forging accuracy produced by the traditional free forging process is low, large ingot forging is required. Not only the penetration of the forgings is poor, but also the material loss is too much, which reduces the material utilization rate, causes a lot of waste, and increases the production cost.


  In order to meet the above requirements, it is necessary to innovate the traditional forging process of speaker accessories and adopt the forging process of speaker accessories. Although a mold is added in the forging process, due to the high precision of the speaker accessories, small steel ingots can be used for production, with small machining allowances and high material utilization. Therefore, the production cost is greatly reduced.
