Car speaker maintenance method
(1) Frequently check and tighten the fixing screws of the horn and the bracket to ensure that the grounding is reliable.
(2) When washing the car, do not directly rinse the horn with water to prevent water from entering the horn and making the horn silent.
(3) Do not hold down the horn for a long time, the continuous pronunciation of the horn should not exceed 10s, so as not to damage the horn.
(4) When overhauling the horn, pay attention to the positions of the metal pads and insulation pads.
(5) Check the generator output voltage frequently. If the voltage is too high, the speaker contacts will be burned, and if the voltage is too low (below the rated voltage of the speaker), the speaker will make abnormal sounds.
(6) The appearance of the horn should be kept clean, and the wiring should be firm. Do not put all kinds of foreign objects into the horn to avoid abnormal sound.
(7) The speaker fixing method has a great influence on its pronunciation. In order to make the horn sound normal, the horn cannot be rigidly installed, so it is fixed on the buffer bracket, that is, a leaf spring or rubber pad should be installed between the horn and the fixed bracket.
