Bugle action

The external magnetic horn is used to conduct the magnetic field. Therefore, it must be a low carbon steel with low carbon content to reduce the magnetic resistance. It usually forms a magnetic circuit with t iron and magnet. Its thickness and the width of the voice coil determine the size of the woofer distortion. No washers means no uniform magnetic field, no higher sensitivity, no lower distortion, and no good horn sound.
