Description
The subwoofer is all about bass. It is the loudspeaker that reproduces low frequencies - especially those in the 20-200 Hz range - that cannot be reproduced on their own in a conventional two-channel or surround sound setup. These low frequencies come from instruments such as drums, bass guitars and pipe organs, but also from explosive sound effects in films.
In the case of 18inch Press Subwoofer Cone, the mass can be poured into a funnel and discharged through a fine sieve. After the liquid has been discharged from the funnel, the solid particles of paper fibre remain on this sieve. The residue is removed from the sieve and deposited on the conical press. A heated positive and negative metal cone then compacts the pulp. The remaining water evaporates off the cone and the cone is removed from the forming tool.
